Any person enrolled at Kreative Art Academy agrees to the following policies:

 

Fee Payments

• Your initial enrolment is not confirmed until the full term payment has been made OR a payment plan has been created and accepted by administration.

• Fees will be invoiced once per term, and payment is due before the first lesson is attended.

• Kreative Art Academy reserves the right to deny a student to a lesson if payment has not been made.

• Lessons that fall on public holidays will not be conducted, and will not be charged in the term fees.

Enrolment and Rollovers

• Enrolling in any session at Kreative Art Academy secures your space irrespective of attendance.

• Once enrolled in a session you have automatically created a rollover booking until the end of the current year.

• Unless we receive written confirmation of withdrawal from classes your enrolment will be continued and invoiced from term to term.

Cancellations

• Any cancellations of rollover enrolments need to be made in writing before Week 1 of the new term.

• Late cancellations or mid-term withdrawals will be liable to pay a $50 administration fee which will be deducted from paid fees before any refunds are processed. 

 

Makeups

• Absences for classes will not be automatically entitled to a makeup or credit, however if we are given notice we may be able to provide a makeup option.

• If your teacher is unable to give a scheduled session, you will automatically be eligible for a makeup or credit.
